  • 【High-temperature laboratory】
           It is a simulated space for testing AC, heat exchanger, TEC series or machines with high precision in which there exists high temperature and harsh environment to test various performance indexes of the units. This test aims to improve the stability and reliability of the machine, which is a vital process in improving the quality and competitiveness of the units and this kind of lab is widely applied in electronics, communication, pharmaceutical, chemical and so on.

  • 【Heat balance lab】
           On the basis of both good software and hardware, the lab is highly automatic for testing precise air condition. Adopting general international thermal balance measurement, we test refrigeration & heating capacity, power consumption, COP, air volume and the design lifecycle of AC, TEC and heat exchanger. This testing acts as a vital way for detecting setting, design and development industrial AC. Our lab meets the standard from GB/T 7725 & JIS B 8615-1. Also, we could be able to provide a complete testing system according the specific requirements from customers.
  • 【UL rainfall lab】
           According to the standard from UL484, GB5956, IEC60529 and JIS/MIL, this lab is specially designed for testing outdoor AC or related parts regarding their waterproof performance.
    The lab simulates outdoor rainfall, splash, spraying, typhoon, dust and other harsh environment. When the units are put into this simulated environment, we carefully check the unit and its parts as well and make sure the performance of the units would not be effected by its surroundings.

  • 【IP5X dust lab】
           According to the testing ways in IEC-529, GB4208-93, 、GB2423.37-89, GJB150.12 and GB10485, the lab simulates rainfall and fog that the product or its parts may possible experience in the process of transportation or operation. The test can be able to test the waterproof or dust proof property or the affect that particular matter could  bring to the products or its longevity. This test also meets the demands in  DIN40050 Road vehicles: degree of protection(IP- Code); protection against foreign objects; water and contact; electrical equipment.
  • 【Solar radiation lab】
           According to the standard from GB4797.4, the lab simulates the surface of our earth which is exposed to the solar radiation, thus physical and chemical effects will occur accordingly, like high temperature, mechanical and so on.
    In order to control SPECTRAL ENERGY DISTRIBUTION and INTENSITY OF RECEIVED ENERGY in the lab environment, there are three testing procedures. A: Thermal effect assessment  B: Degradation effect assessment C: Photochemical effect assessment. This kind of test mainly test reliability and longevity of products and it is widely applied in outdoor LCD panel.

  • 【Salt fog lab】
            According to the standard of GB/T 2423.17,IEC60068-2-11&ISO4628-3, this lab simulates the salt-spray environment. The units are put in the environment with high heat-humidity and high corrosion, which aims to check the units’  lifetime damage and its adaptability in the extreme environment, so that we could be able to put forward the corresponding protective measures and improve its protective properties.

  • 【High & low temperature shock lab】
           This lab adopts Carnot cycle which is an indispensable testing equipment in material, plastic and electronic industries. According to the high&low temperature testing ways in GB/T2423.1.2、GB/T10592-2008&GJB150.3, the electronic parts are put in the lab, then the temperature within the lab is decreased from 80℃ to -40℃ within 10 minutes and there are constantly change between heat and cold. This test aims to test material structure or composite material, to see their tolerance within extreme environment.

           The lab runs in a simultaneous environment with high&low temperature, high humidity and constant temperature fluctuation, which aims to age the products rapidly to test if it could reach the expected quality. This kind of test is a key way to improve the reliability and stability of the units.It is also a vital step in production process. This lab is widely applied in computer, communication industry and so on.
